Well, the long-awaited day has arrived, and just typing that title of the post is so exciting to me! Ever since I read the second book in the series, I have been awaiting the third book. And after hearing about Bound and Determined for a long time (so many tantalizing snippets!), I received the honor of beta-reading this epic novel just a few months ago. And wow, you all should be excited. No, you will be excited after reading this blurb. So without any more jabbering on …Continue reading
In honor of the New Year, I thought I’d talk about a few of the books that I’m looking forward to reading in 2022. I know as the months roll on, there will be many other books to eagerly await, but these are just a few I’m currently looking forward to. This is in no way an exhaustive list – some of these are traditionally published books, some are indie. Wow, I had no clue there was an actual Indie Author Day until a few days ago. But I will take any chance I get to talk about some of my favorite authors and books! Two posts in one day? That’s such a rarity for me, but I had the honor of being interviewed by my good friend Grace Johnson over at her blog. You can check out the interview here! Grace is a fellow author (Held Captive, Bound and Determined, as well as several short stories), so be sure to check out her books and the rest of her blog. She’s a great interviewer, and I had so much fun answering her wonderful questions – thanks again, Grace! 🙂
Prisoner at Heart by Grace A. Johnson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
After reading Held Captive , I was so happy to come back to Rina and Xavier and everyone from the first book! However, Grace Johnson managed to create more memorable, amazing characters who could stand toe-to-toe with Rina!
