Some Exciting 2022 Books

In honor of the New Year, I thought I’d talk about a few of the books that I’m looking forward to reading in 2022. I know as the months roll on, there will be many other books to eagerly await, but these are just a few I’m currently looking forward to. This is in no way an exhaustive list – some of these are traditionally published books, some are indie. This was one of my first reads that was a true contemporary romance. Before this book, I had kind of cringed at that label. For some reason, I had this image of a too-sweet, cheesy story being the only type of contemporary romance. And then, about seventy pages into this book, I looked over at my sister and told her I was now a fan of contemporary romance.
